If you work for a bank, has funding for other projects been difficult due to your bank's investment and work on EMV?

Do you think that EMV can guarantee a decrease in card fraud?

Is EMV close to perfect or do you know of its weaknesses? If yes, what are they?

Do you foresee any problem (legal or otherwise) with VISA's MANDATED EMV liability shift - which in essence will transfer the liability (of fraudulent transactions) directly to the non-emv compliant party - ergo the acquirers and merchants?
