Hi,

I am in the middle of launching a payment service for dynamic websites http://www.banqpay.com. I am looking for a payment proivders that could handle our credit card processing.

What we are is bascially a wallet, this wallet can be loaded with 5 or 10 dollars, like a pre-paid card and than used to by access to dynamic websites. We could always use PayPal, but would like to establish a relationship with a credit card processor.

Does anyone know such online payment company?
