This IDC study focuses on the evolution of outsourcing in the banking sector. The second half of 2002 and the first part of 2003 have seen an increasing number of banks leveraging on outsourcing as a viable solution for several business needs.
In particular this study answers some questions such as, what are the most important drivers for outsourcing? What are banks outsourcing? How will outsourcing in banking evolve in the near future? What do IT vendors need to be well positioned in this market?
