As part of the banks decision to adopt CR2's internet and SMS channels, Bank of Sharjah will migrate its ATM's to their BankWorld platform maximising channel co-ordination and consolidation. The deployment of CR2's multi-channel solution represents the banks commitment to significantly enhance customer services in 2007, including for the first time, the introduction of an online banking facility.
