Montec's Billing Services Business Signs Contract with Globalive |

Montec a holding company focused on acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of high-growth technology companies, today announced that its subsidiary, Datex Billing Services Inc. ("Datex"), has signed a one year agreement with Globalive Communication Corporation ("Globalive") to provide customer management and billing services for two of Globalive's operating subsidiaries; Yak Communications (Canada) Corp. and OneConnect Services Inc.
