The company received similar notifications earlier this year after it failed to file on time its reports for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30 and the quarter ended Dec. 31. The company said in December that the annual report would be delayed due to an ongoing probe into its stock option-granting practices dating to 1995.

After a February hearing, the Nasdaq granted the company's request for continued listing, subject to its filing of the two reports and all required restatements by July 2.
