The François-Charles Oberthur Group announces transfer of the scratch cards activity of its subsidiary François-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire to its subsidiary Oberthur Card Systems.
Following the recent sale of instant lottery activities and with the aim of capitalizing on a growing market, the Group decided to house all mobile operators dedicated businesses within Oberthur Card Systems. Oberthur Card Systems will now control the sales generated by this market segment along with the production activities carried out in the Puy-Guillaume plant in France and in sub-contractors plants located in various parts in the world. |
