MODASolutions Expands Board of Directors with eCommerce Industry Leader |

MODASolutions has announced that Steve Hawco, former vice president of the LEGO Group and current Senior Vice President of eCommerce for Group RCI, has joined the company's board of directors.
Steve brings years of proven expertise and experience to this position where he will help the company enhance the market positioning of their flagship product offering, eBillmeT, formerly SECURE-eBill. The eBillme payment process is fast and easy to use, and is available when shopping online, by catalog, or by phone. No financial information is entered over the Internet or phone, and the payment transaction is securely transferred from the customer's bank to the retailer's bank.Hawco joins the MODASolutions board of directors with over 12 years of eCommerce experience. Group RCI, where he currently serves as Senior Vice President, is a Wyndham Worldwide Company which provides non-hotel leisure accommodations with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 60,000 vacation properties around the world. Prior to Group RCI, Hawco served as vice president of the LEGO Group. During his tenure with the LEGO Group, the company's direct-to-consumer concepts were founded and today are represented by the LEGO Club, a continuity and loyalty program reaching millions of LEGO families globally, and LEGO Shop at Home, a global multi-channel direct-to-consumer channel marketing and sales channel. Hawco is a past member of the DMA, Shop.org, and New England Mail Order Association (NEMOA). He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut. |
