Trintech Leverages Microsoft .NET Technology to Enable Next Generation Reconciliation Solutions PDF Print E-mail
Trintech Group has successfully implemented technology from Microsoft to accelerate the development and deployment of its next generation of financial accounting and compliance solutions. Through comprehensive architecture design sessions with the Microsoft Technology Team, Trintech has mapped its seminal software architecture, utilizing the .NET framework, onto the latest Microsoft technologies, Windows Vista and "Longhorn" Server.
Microsoft's Business Intelligence (BI)  technologies have provided Trintech with key advantages, including a quick and easy means for developing and deploying dashboards and reports; easy to implement  BI tools that integrate into ASP.NET (front-end) and back-end components; superior customer support; and a clear commitment to developing and supporting innovation.
The Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) has allowed Trintech to implement a web service interface to its back-end server, providing a smoother interface with the front-end. Additionally, the WCF has enabled Trintech developers to implement high-priority features like encryption, compression, and SOAP messaging. Through the Enterprise Patterns and Practices Library, Trintech engineers have developed advanced logging features for Trintech applications, and the Team Foundation Server has provided the option of incorporating a full-featured version control system, one tightly integrated with Visual Studio.
