Security management provisioner Intellitactics has partnered with applications delivery services provider Radware to offer businesses and government agencies the capability to detect fraud and prevent identity theft. The result of the initiative is a combination between Intellitactics Security Manager application and Radware’s network that allows security and operational teams to monitor the activity of authenticated users who access online portals and web applications.

By adding the Inflight and AppDirector products to Radware’s network, Intellitactics Security Manager can take remediation action while the user is in-session, such as redirection to an authentication option and terminating or pausing the transaction. Thus, security and information risk management teams are able to detect theft, fraud and abuse of web-enabled assets including financials and customer information and intervene in real time. They can also protect critical information assets from both the “trusted” insider and the external cyber criminal.

Radware’s Inflight extracts information with in-session contextual awareness of the user regarding the username, geographic location and transactional details which are requested by the user or are returned from the web application. Radware’s AppDirector intervenes in the remediation process acting to interdict the user session if necessary.

Intellitactics Security Manager interprets data from security devices, operating systems and applications to provide threat detection, historical analysis for forensics and compliance reporting. Security Manager automates log aggregation, event management, correlation and analysis. Reports which are issued by the application verify compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies or industry practices.
