MobiClear names Stephen C. Cutler as CEO |

MobiClear, provider of electronic Personal Identification Verification (PIV) services in connection with credit/debit card transactions, has appointed Stephen P. Cutler as the company’s new chief executive officer.
Former CEO Edward C. Pooley has been given the role of chief operating officer. Cutler recently retired from a long career with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Cutler has a solid background in e-commerce and cyber business, as well as security and international relations. |
