EOS Group's subsidiary EOS Payment has selected security services provider Secure Computing's Secure Firewall for security and manageability, complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

The Secure Firewall option offers application-layer filtering, encrypted data transfer and supports authentication specifications. Secure Firewall's intrusion detection and prevention functionality is able to identify attacks on the network and any irregularities that might occur. The initiative enables EOS Payment's network to monitor URLs, domains, IPs, message content and images. The reputation scores allow for the blocking of spam, spyware, viruses and malware at the gateway.
