Equifax has launched the Citadel application for fraud prevention and management. Citadel enables the detection of fraudulent applications, monitoring the performance of priority workflows and application reviewers.

Via Citadel, organisations have fully coordinated defenses from direct links between the front office application approvals process, and the back office fraud investigation processes. The application makes use of one database of frauds and applications and matches on previous applications and frauds in a single search.
