Monster Worldwide has selected the electronic service of invoicing services provider Transcepta. This is part of an initiative to automate Monster's accounts payable (A/P) process. Monster expands its Basware Invoice Automation system to include receiving e-Invoices and integrates them into Monster’s Oracle Financials System.

Transcepta and Purchase to Pay services provider Basware are to provide Monster with an A/P automation option. Transcepta’s e-Invoicing service makes use of a vendor on-boarding approach that lets vendors submit invoices from their existing billing system. Basware’s Invoice Automation option provides automation of the A/P process such as electronic workflow, revision, purchase order matching, cost allocation and approval of invoices, as well as transfer to the company’s A/P system.

Transcepta manages the on-boarding process for Monster. As part of this service, Transcepta notifies each vendor of the Monster e-Invoicing initiative. Transcepta offers Monster’s vendors invoice submission options, including the patent pending Transcepta Virtual Printer.
