Pay Linx, a provider of services that allow for the replacement of cash and cheque payments with electronic payment cards, has named Robert W. Pearce to the company's board of directors. His professional background includes 25 years of experience in the financial services sector.

Before joining the PayLinx team, he collaborated with BMO Financial Group, where he served as president and CEO of the Personal and Commercial Client Group division. Prior to that, he worked as executive vice president of Electronic Banking Services unit within the same institution.
